How to have your data deleted from Socout, and how to check on a request.

Ways to ask us to delete data

1. Remove Socout in Instagram. Go to Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Socout. Instagram notifies us, and we delete the stored access token for that account right away and stop receiving its messages.
2. Email us. Write to privacy@socout.com. If you are a business, write from your Socout account email. If you are a customer who messaged a business, include the phone number or username you used.
3. Use Meta's data deletion request. Meta's flow gives you a confirmation code. Enter it below to see where your request stands.

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If you messaged a business that uses Socout, that business also controls that data, and you can contact it directly. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
